Oakland PD throws exploding gas canister into group helping an injured protester at OccupyOakland

Just in case you think Occupying is just about money… It’s not. It’s also about social justice. People have the right to peacefully protest and occupy; here I see the police using force against peaceful protesters and it is so wrong. They threw some sort of flashbang into a group of people trying to help an injured person. That’s totally wrong.

And what’s worse is that the news isn’t covering any of this violence at all. Not one bit. They have made you ignorant.
